Cairo peace talks at standstill as number of Gaza martyrs mounts

As the number of Palestinian martyrs reached 34,683, talks for Gaza ceasefire in today’s Cairo meeting bore no fruit as a result of the Zionist regime’s Avarice.

Tehran, Qodsna - Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh said the movement is keen on reaching a comprehensive ceasefire that will end “aggression” in Gaza, as he blamed the Zionist regime’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for “sabotaging” the diplomatic talks set to resume in Cairo.

Prime Minister of the Zionist regime Benjamin Netanyahu has hardened his rejection of Hamas’s demands for an end to the war on Gaza in exchange for the freeing of captives, saying it would keep the group in power and pose a threat to the regime.

At least 34,683 Palestinians have been killed and 78,018 wounded in Zionist attacks on Gaza since October 7.

Several Zionists have been wounded in a rocket attack from Gaza targeting the Kerem Shalom statement in southern occupied Palestine. The Eshkol Regional Council, quoted by the Zionist media, said the rockets hit an open area near a military position, causing injuries.

The armed wings of Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad claimed the attack in statements on Telegram.

The Zionist military says Karem Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossing with Gaza has been closed to aid trucks after the area came under fire.
